Welcome to September! During the month of September we are continuing to give you more chances to win SIX MONTHS FREE RENT! Winning six months FREE rent is easy! The following are ways you can earn an entry into our drawing:

The winner will be drawn at the annual Halloween Party on October 29, 2010.

Before we let you know what excited things we have planned for you this month, Iona Lakes would like to thank all of our residents who donated items during our Animal Donation Drive in August. We collected so many items, we had to call and have someone from the shelter come pick up all of your donations! We pretty much collected everything that is on the shelter wish list and much more! Lee County Domestic Animal Services is always accepting donations. You can check out their website at www.leelostpets.com or give them a call at 239-533-7387. Thank you all so very much for helping to make a difference with the homeless animals in our community.

As for September's activities, we have a couple of things planned for you...

Saturday, September 4, 2010: We Are Bringing Bingo Back! We know how much you love bingo so we are giving you a taste of it for a day. Come join us for a fun-filled day! Refreshments will be served and prizes will be given out. Each resident who attends will have their name entered TWICE in the big drawing in October. This activity will be held in the clubhouse from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

Friday, September 24, 2010: Chicken Soup For The Soul Day. Everyone could use a little soul food from time to time so we are serving delicious chicken soup all day from our crock pot.
